Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement.
How do I care for my apparel?
To ensure the longevity of your apparel, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the design.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Because our products are custom-made, we can only modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
